By accessing this site or engaging AdNite Studio for services, you agree to the following terms.
Services
Scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in each signed Statement of Work.
Intellectual property
Final approved deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment. AdNite Studio retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Payment
Invoices are due within 14 days unless stated otherwise. Late payments may pause work.
Liability
Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid under the relevant engagement in the 3 months preceding a claim.
